No, seriously, I used to watch Buffy in German and thought "Well, it's a bit cheesy, but...". Years later (now) I finally discovered the original series. It's a COMPLETE different level. They managed to get really good speakers, but they didn't translate the jokes very well... That's why I'm rewatching it in english now!:) Hey, I can tell you about the dubbed German version of Buffy- It sucks!

I wonder are you watching the subtitled or dubbed version there... Buffy and Spike speaking German would most likely sound both awesome and sligthly mind-twisting!
