*Sigh* I hope Ngumbe finds more “romantic” gifts for his little friend.
I think I made it clear what I think about the movie mentioned in the strip. I’m not a feminist, but the idea it gives about “how women really are” makes me shiver…

You forgot to take into consideration the difference between human luxuries and elephant luxuries. Why would Ngumbe consider flower and chocolates to be romantic, for example, when his kind can eat several tons of them without the same satisfaction as wearing five dollar tees and tanks that look fabulous!
This made me laugh! Very clever. At first I thought it would be a play on the movie “What Women Want” but I was wrong. XD
I think a trip to a volcanic ash/mud spa would be perfect for an elephant ^^ It’s supposed to be good for the skin, you know.
